Fees

Below you’ll find the different fees that may apply when placing an order with us.

Freight Rates

Standard PostNord -  62 kr  *Free shipping on orders over 799 kr
Express Delivery PostNord Pickup Point - 99 kr

Return Fee

A return fee of 59 kr will apply when you return an item. This fee covers the cost of transporting the item back to our warehouse, inspecting and repacking it, and placing it back in our inventory.

Fee for invoice or account payment

If you choose to pay by invoice, the fee is NOK 29. Payment by account costs NOK 49. The fee covers charges related to handling your credit and, if applicable, a credit check.

Reminder fee for invoice

If the invoice is not paid by the due date, a reminder fee of NOK 35 will be charged.

Reminder fee for account payment

To avoid a reminder fee (NOK 49) in addition to accrued interest, the payment should be made well in advance of the due date.

Uncollected Parcel

If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time at the delivery point, we will charge a fee. This fee covers costs incurred in connection with your order, which is currently 150 kr.
