What payment methods do you offer?

Vipps

We offer Vipps payments via Avarda. If you have Vipps, you can complete your payment with the amount debited directly from your bank account. You will receive a notification on your mobile phone prompting you to log in to Vipps. You then approve the amount and the purchase in the app.

Card payment

Bubbleroom uses a payment solution provided by Avarda. Avarda is responsible for ensuring full security when you use their payment service. When placing an order, your information is encrypted so that no unauthorized party can access it.
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Bubbleroom does not charge any additional fees for this payment method. When paying by debit or credit card, our price guarantee for delivery within Norway applies.
For card payments, the amount is charged directly to your card when you complete your purchase. If you are waiting for a refund, it may take 2–5 business days before the refunded amount is available on your bank card after the refund has been processed by Bubbleroom. This allows all parties involved, including the bank, to complete the transaction.

Bubbleroom Invoice

The invoice will be sent to your email a few days after you have completed your purchase. The invoice is sent by email. The full purchase amount, including shipping and the administration fee, must be paid. When choosing invoice payment, a credit check will be carried out and credit information will be obtained. Purchases made with invoice payment are only delivered to your registered address.

If payment is not received on time, a reminder fee of currently NOK 35 will be charged. Bubbleroom reserves the right to change the reminder fee during the term of the agreement. If payment is still not received despite reminders, the outstanding amount on the Bubbleroom Invoice will be transferred to a Bubbleroom Account.

Bubbleroom Account

Split your payment over a longer period, up to 36 months. All your purchases during the period are collected on one account statement, which is sent monthly by email. For full terms and conditions, read here.

When paying with a Bubbleroom Account, a standard credit check will be carried out and credit information will be obtained. Purchases made using account payment are only delivered to your registered address.

The account holder is responsible for payment of all purchases made, as well as any interest charged to the account, fees, and other costs. By using the credit, the account holder commits to paying the minimum amount stated in the monthly statement. The minimum payment is calculated so that the outstanding credit is repaid over the number of months specified in the application, with a minimum of NOK 70.
